      Your connection to the AppCraft Events back office

      Security of access to your data is our priority!

      Our aim is to ensure that Event project managers are authenticated by name and explicitly authorized to access back-office functions.

      When you first connect to the AppCraft back-office, you will be given a login (e-mail address) and a temporary password.

      We invite you to change this password and choose a secure password and/or use a password safe.

      Our recommendations: use a different password for each access (e-mail, online banking, social networking accounts, etc.): in the event of one of your accounts being compromised, this will prevent a snowball effect.

      • Create a password that is sufficiently long, complex and unexpected: at least 8 characters long and containing upper and lower case letters, numbers and special characters.
      • Never give your password to a third party: no organization or trusted person will ask you to give them your password.

      Use a password manager: it's not easy to remember all your login codes! Fortunately, there are password vaults that can store all your passwords and allow you to generate new ones at random. These store all your passwords and allow you to generate new ones at random.
      Please follow the recommendations of the French National Agency for Information Systems Security(ANSSI).

      AppCraft prefers an SSO connection for maximum security.

       

      Single sign-on( SSO ) is a method enabling a user to access several computer applications (or secure websites ) by means of a single authentication.

      1 - The SAMLv2 protocol (which we prefer) is to be validated.

      2- A meeting with the IT department will be scheduled by e-mail or videoconference (allow 30 min) to discuss BO access and event configurations.

      • Inform us of the SSO entry point
      • Provide us with the list of domains that can connect to the back office via SSO
      • Arrange a meeting to discuss SSO configuration
      • Schedule live connection tests

      Troubleshooting connection problems

      I've forgotten my password

      1. From the login page, click on Reset password.

      2. You will receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password.

      3. Click on the link and follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password.

      If you don't receive the e-mail, check that you're using the right e-mail account and check your junk or spam folders.

      If you can't access the mailbox because it's inactive or shared, please contact your IT department to gain access to the mailbox.

      I still can't connect

      If you still can't log in, please send an e-mail to your sales representative or send an e-mail to hello@appcraft.fr. If you're already a customer, please use support@appcraft.fr. with your first and last name, telephone number, company and the name of the event you're working on.
