Reception desk module
To print badges from the welcome desk module, make sure your badges are set up correctly in the back office.
To register participants via this module, make sure your form is set up correctly.
Print a badge
To print a badge, simply search for a participant using the search bar, then click on Print
in the top right-hand corner. The badge print popup then appears on the screen
Modify a participant's registration before printing the badge
When you search for and select a participant, their registration form appears on the right. You can modify and validate the registration before printing the badge.
Register a participant
To register a participant, click on + New registration
in the top right-hand corner.
This will open the registration form in a new tab.
Fill in all the necessary fields and submit the form. Your participant now appears in the list of participants on the left, and you can print his/her badge!
Tip
To make it easier to print badges for new registrants, you can sort the participants on the left under Last added.
In this way, the last participants registered via the form will come first, so you don't have to search for them in the list.
