Click on the participant to access the following actions:
Reconnect: to return the participant to the waiting room when your room is locked.
Disconnect: to remove a participant from the room

Q/R use participants

In the chat section, participants can chat, but also ask questions during Q&A sessions.
To chat: left-hand button (green)
To ask questions: right-hand button (grey)

Chat options

At the start of a meeting, you can explain to participants that they can update their status by clicking on the hand next to the chat input box:

  • Raise your hand
  • Accept
  • Refuse
  • Speak up
  • Lower voice
  • I need help

The corresponding icon will appear next to the participant's name in the listing above the chat.

This feature is very useful in webinar mode, as it enables moderators to identify participants wishing to speak, and thus open their microphone.

Once the action has been completed, the participant can clean up his status.
