Track your SMS messages
The send tab gives you an overview of your SMS sends.
The area on the left gives you an overview of all SMS templates and the number of sends per template.
By clicking on a template, you'll see the details of the shipments. A first part with a dashboard appears:
The dashboard gives you sending statistics sorted by date. The color code allows you to determine the status of the SMS sent.
You can also view encrypted details:
1- It shows you the date and time the SMS was sent.
2- The number of people targeted
3- Displays the number of SMS sent
4- Displays SMS messages currently being sent.
5- The SMS has not been sent, a new attempt is being made.
6- SMS has been sent
7- SMS has been opened
8- SMS could not be sent
9- The phone number is missing
If you click on one of the items, the list of people concerned appears:
