The list tab lets you add hotel(s) and room categories.
Add a hotel
The first step in preparing for room sharing is to integrate the hotel(s) and room type(s).
To do this, simply click on the + button in the list tab.
A popup window opens, where you can enter the hotel name
Warning
The name you enter here will be the name displayed for participants.
Add room types
Once your hotel has been created, you can add your room types
Directly in the add hotel popup, click on add
You will then be able to fill in the various fields:
- Category: type of room (Single, Single sea view, Twin, standard room...)
- Type : The room type according to the number of participants per room (Single, Twin,
Double, Triple...) - Quota: the number of rooms available for this hotel and this category
- Users per room : the number of participants per room
Warning
- Room types are defined in advance with your project manager.
- If you specify 2 users per room for a category, the participant will not be able to validate his request without inviting someone to share the room with him.
You will then find your hotel(s) and their room categories.
