      Rooming - Integrating rooming into the form

      Rooming management involves 2 phases

      • First registration phase: data collection and confirmation of attendance
      • Second registration phase: choice of hotel and/or roomate
      Change room status

      When selecting a roomate, we advise you to filter only on registered guests, to avoid having rooms on hold.

      Integration into the registration form

      To add the hotel / room pairing field, first click on the + button and select the rooming section.

      The field therefore appears in your form editor

      • Mandatory field: make the field mandatory or not. If the field is mandatory, the participant cannot validate the form without choosing a hotel/room pair.
      • Label: text to be displayed above the room choice in the form. Ex: choose your room
      • Session: selection of rooming sessions to be displayed. All your sessions (single, twin, double...) will be taken into account.
      Tests

      Once you've set up the system, we recommend that you test every possible profile, as well as testing with your project manager.
