Rooming - General

The rooming module lets participants choose their roomate(s) and/or hotel for the event, either on the registration form or on the PWA.

This module can also be used to export rooming lists in Excel format, by type of room/hotel.

Possible room types :

• Single
• Twin
• Double
• Triple
• ... no limit on the number of participants

Matching allows you to propose to your participant only those who meet the criteria identified by the administrator (men see only a list of men, same entity, etc.).
