The Reporting module lets you share read-only participant data to help you monitor your event.
There are two types of reporting
Table: display your participants' data in table format
Calendar: display in calendar format the dates entered by your participants

Creating a view is a two-step process:

- Select the collection you wish to display (example: participants)
- Name your view
- Authorize or not the download of this data to Excel
- Add a view expiration date
- Condition the users displayed in this view
- Choose a view type
RGPD
For RGPD compliance, we recommend setting an expiration date. After this date, the report will no longer be available to shared users. By default, reports are available for 3 months.

The choice of fields to display
The left-hand column lists the fields available in the Participants listing. Click on a field to add it to the view. The field then moves to the right-hand column.
Attention
All useful fields must be added, in the order in which they are to be displayed. Once the view has been created, you won't be able to rearrange your existing fields or display new ones.
