Management of lives & replays

General

When you click on the "Lives & replays management" module, you'll be taken to a page listing the different sessions indicated in the program, and broken down by day if the event is spread over several days.

The various sessions are taken directly from the program: any session indicated in the program therefore appears in the "lives & replays management" module.

Speakers associated with sessions also appear under the session title.

Managing a session (live)

Padlock button

by clicking on the padlock, you "block" the live on the blocked session: you cannot launch another live at the same time.

Other lives will be grayed out and unclickable. You can unlock them at any time by clicking again on the activated padlock.

Pencil button

This action takes you directly to the workshops where you can make modifications to your workshops or sessions.

Eye button

The "eye" button on the right opens a popup when you click on it with the live player, but it also lets you simply check that the right interaction modules are associated with your live event (Q&A, quizzes, word clouds, etc.).

What's more, it also lets you test the stream without launching it on the platform (so it remains invisible to participants).

The live stream does not need to be launched on the platform to access this live page.

Launching a live

Launching a live show is simple: just click on the "Lives" switch.

When activated, the button turns bright red (the color for live events)
The live event is automatically launched on the platform in the dedicated live area: participants don't need to do a thing.

Hot feedback

You can activate hot feedback for each session
Once we have integrated the feedback link into the workshop session, all you have to do is activate the feedback by clicking on the button next to it.

The feedback will appear at the end of the live session directly in the video player in the form of a popup when activated.
Once completed and validated, the popup disappears.

Button not visible in sessions

If you don't have a button next to a live or feedback session, this means that you haven't entered the link in the corresponding workshop session.

It's perfectly possible to leave the feedback field blank, in which case the button will not be available.
