General presentation
The profile page contains all the personal information of the participant linked to the event.
You can choose the information you wish to be displayed using various tabs:
- Informations
- Actions
- Agenda
- CMS
You can also choose not to have these tabs appear on the profile page by unchecking them.
You can customize the information displayed on each tab.
Informations
From this tab you can choose which of the information in the database you wish to make visible.
Actions
From this tab you can add several actions that can be performed by the participant:
- Change your password
- Edit your profile
- Download your badge
- Display your QR code
- Download your plane ticket (or other participant-related file)
- Download your agenda
- Activate networking
- Download a file
These actions will appear in the participant's profile in the "Actions" tab.

Please note: If you have several airline ticket files per participant, in order to upload airline tickets to the profile page (or any other file linked to the participant), the files to be uploaded must be in the same column in the participants.
This column must be a custom "file" type and contain the "Allow multiple files" setting.
Agenda
In this tab, participants can find the various workshops they have registered for, and can unsubscribe from them or add them to their personal calendar.
CMS
From the CMS tab you can add a block that allows you to customize this part in the same way as a CMS page.
