The social wall is the perfect way to liven up your event. Let your participants post messages, photos and interact with each other!
Add the social wall to your platform
To add the social wall to your platform, create a social wall page in the page module.
The procedure for creating a page is available here.
Customize the social wall on your platform
From your own page, you can customize the social wall for your participants.
Tabs to display
Two types of display are available:
- News feed: similar to a classic social network, posts are displayed one after the other. Participants scroll down to view all posts.
- Media: This display provides a gallery-like view of all published photos.
You can use both types of display if you like!
Your social wall will have two tabs, as shown in the example above.
You can activate one or other of these displays directly from the dedicated page, by enabling or disabling the associated checkboxes.
Advertising management
- If you wish to authorize participants to post to the social-wall, activate the "Authorize posts" option.
- If you wish to allow participants to comment on all posts, activate the "Allow comments on posts" option.
- If you wish to allow participants to react on posts, activate the Allow reactions on publications option.
- If you wish to allow participants to report on other participants' posts, activate the Allow reporting on publications option.
Interactions
When creating your social wall, you'll need to define the main reactions you want to make available to participants.
To do this, a bank of emojis is at your disposal. Simply click on the desired emojis to add them.
You can select up to 3 main emojis.
Participants will be able to add more using the button below each post:
Pour supprimer une réaction par défaut, utilisez la croix rouge.
Moderation
To prohibit the use of certain terms on your social wall, you can use the blacklist section. Simply enter the words to be banned in the dedicated text field.
You can also block the emojis of your choice from this same section.
