Specific columns in the database
The ‘Id’ column corresponds to the unique data for each participant generated by our back office.
The ‘Created at’ column corresponds to the date on which the participant was created.
This may be the registration date, if any, or the date of import into the backoffice.
The ‘Latest view’ column shows the date on which the participant last logged on.
The ‘connected’ column corresponds to participants connected to the platform. If this box is ticked, it means that the participant has logged in.
The ‘Mailing status’ column shows the status of mailings sent to each participant.
The ‘Activation mail’ column shows whether the activation mail for access to the platform has been sent. It is ticked if this is the case.
The ‘WorkshopCount’ column shows how many workshops the participant has registered for.
The ‘Workshops’ column shows which workshop(s) the participant has registered for.
