General presentation
The "send" tab lets you track the status of each e-mail sent: delivered, sent, opened, failed. You can also find all the addresses to which mail has been sent.
Check shipments
To check a shipment, click on the corresponding template. You will then be able to view all shipments made using this template.
Group by
You can change the display mode of shipments:
- By day
- Group all
- Group by shipment
- Group by shipment (group shipments only)
The latter option displays only group mailings, and hides individual mailings (for campaign analysis only).

- Users: list of all users to whom the campaign has been sent
- Sent: the AppCraft mail server indicates that the mail has been sent.
- Delivered: the receiver's mail server indicates that the mail has been received.
- Opened: the receiver's mail server indicates that the mail has been opened.
- Failed: the receiver's mail server indicates that the mail has not been received (by clicking on "failed", the reason for the failure is indicated).

Interpreting statistics
The Sent list is generated from information on the AppCraft servers, while the rest of the information is returned to us by your participants' servers. As the return is random, even if your participants have opened the e-mail, they won't necessarily appear in the Opened list if their e-mail server hasn't replied with this information.

For each of these statuses, you can download the listing and send an e-mail to all these people directly from the pop-up window.
