The word cloud groups together all the words sent by your event's participants.
Words can be displayed in different colors and sizes. Words written more than once are highlighted.
You'll find the Word Cloud module in the Interaction section of your back office.
The word cloud can be used in two different ways:
- Integrated directly into a quiz
- Platform-specific on a dedicated page
Create your word cloud
To create your word cloud, click on the Add button in the top right-hand corner.
A pop-up window appears, allowing you to edit your word cloud.
Strings
Enter the question you wish to ask your participants in the Question box.
Then fill in the other two inserts:
- Placeholder: This is the sentence that will be displayed where the participant must write his words.
- Count left: In the case of a limited number of words per participant, enter a personalized phrase here, indicating the number of words remaining.

n the parameters section, please fill in 2 fields:
- Number of proposition by participant (leave 0 for unlimited) : The number of words allowed per participant if you wish to limit the number.
- Blacklisted word (separated by line break) : The list of words you wish to blacklist (1 per line). If a participant sends a word that has been blacklisted, it will not be displayed in the word cloud.
Design
To adapt the word cloud to your graphic style, first enter your main color.
If you have a specific font, enter its name in Font, then customize the word sizes on your cloud in Font size.
Choose the orientation of the words you want, as well as the colors of the words (several colors can be added).
Finally, you can import a background image for your cloud in Background image.
Click on Save in the bottom right-hand corner.
Your word cloud is now visible from your module!
Edit word clouds

To modify your word cloud, click on the pen icon on the right.
Duplicate
For your next word clouds, we recommend you duplicate the first one to keep your settings.
To do so, click on the sheet icon.
Test word clouds
To see the question rendering on the participant side, click on Question
To see the word cloud rendering with your words sent, click on Cloud
To preview your cloud with test words, click on Test preview
The word cloud data
Once you've completed your tests, click on Flush to empty the cloud for the next day.
To download the words sent by your participants, click on Download.
