The Social wall module lets you manage the photos posted by your participants.
Manage your social wall
In the Social wall module, you'll find several tabs.
Dashboard
The first tab is the Dashboard. In this tab, you can view the statistics of your social wall:
- Number of posts
- Most active participants and number of participants posting
- Participants commenting the most posts and the number of comments posted
- Number of reactions and most used
Latest posts
The second tab is Publications. Via this tab, you can sort your posts by most liked or most recent, or highlight pinned posts (1).
From this tab, you can view posts and delete them if necessary using the trash icon (4) on each post, or select multiple posts using the checkbox (3) to delete them all at once. You can also pin posts using the "Pins" button (2) so that they appear at the top of your news feed on the platform.
Moderation on the social wall
In advance of your event, you can provide your project manager with a list of words to be blacklisted on your social wall. Posts containing these words will automatically not be published.
On the other hand, photos/postings can only be moderated after publication by the participant, by deleting the post in the back-office.
You can also view details of reactions by clicking on the emoji of the post in question.
A window will appear with the details:
- Details of all reactions combined
- Or details by reaction
Most Liked
The third tab, Most Liked, gives you an overview of your social wall in the order of the most popular posts.
Details of reactions are also available on this tab.
Shared album
The last tab, Shared Album, lets you generate and customize a photo album of your event's posts.
To do this, first activate the feature.
Then enter the logo, title and subtitle you'd like to appear in your album.
Finally, select the desired display mode and animations for photo display.
Click on Save in the top right-hand corner.
To see the rendering, and retrieve the link to your album for sharing, click on View.
Your album is ready to share!
Social wall export
Export posts
You can export all posts in Excel format using the button at top right Download all publications
Export photos
You can export all photos in a zip file using the button at top right Download all photos
Moderation
You can activate content moderation on your Social Wall to control publications. Posts to be moderated appear directly in your back office. You can then choose to delete the post or publish it if you feel its content is appropriate.

To create your dedicated Social wall page and make it available to your participants, go to the Pages module in your back-office. Instructions are available here
