Create a notification directly from the platform
It is possible to create a notification directly from the platform for administrator accounts.
To do this, it's important to check in the participant database whether you have an "Administrator account" column. If you don't, follow the instructions here.
Once your column is present in the database, make sure that your profile (or the profile in charge of notifications) has the "administrator account" column checked.
Once this is done, you'll have access to the "Send notification" button on the notification page.
Notification center
To enable your participants to find the various notifications sent, you can create a notification center. This page will be available on your platform or PWA. Find out how here
