Interaction - Live questions

The Live Questions module lets you create live question sessions for your participants.

Using the module

Setting up live questions

From the INTERACTION > Live Questions menu, click on the + Add button.

A pop-up window opens, allowing you to enter a title for your live questions, colors, header, footer and black list terms.

Once you've set up your live session, you can access the various links provided:

To enable your participant to ask questions during a live session, you need to make the following settings:

In the INTERACTION > Live sessions menu, click on + add. Then complete the pop-up window that appears on your screen:

Room Id = term present in the url
Title = session title
PIN = choice of pin code identical for all users
Video url = player url
Tabs = live question participant link (see above)

Once the elements have been saved, you can retrieve the URL here:

This URL can then be inserted into an iframe template on your site.

Participant view

The participant link is the link to be integrated into your live session.

Once they have clicked on the corresponding session, they can then ask their question by writing it in the dedicated text field and then clicking on the send button.

A confirmation message is then displayed to confirm that the question has been sent :)

Moderator view

Before being displayed live during your event, the questions submitted can be moderated by you.

The moderation screen (accessible via a link sent to you by your Project Manager) allows you to view all the questions submitted.

You can then choose todisplay,archiveor delete a question by clicking on the corresponding buttons shown opposite:

Once a question has been displayed, you can change your mind and choose to hide it by clicking on the green Hidebutton shown opposite:

Finally, if you choose to archive a question, you can stilldisplay it, restore it or delete it permanently by clicking on the Archivedtab and then on the corresponding buttons shown opposite:

Speaker view

A speaker view is available for displaying previously asked and moderated questions on a tablet, for example.

Slide view

This is the view that will be displayed on a screen if required and projected to participants during a live event (beware of latency) or during a physical event.
