From your database
From your Participants module, you can view the number of badges earned by each participant in the Gamification stats column.
On a specific participant, by clicking on the number of badges earned, you can view the list of unlocked badges.
A pop-up window opens with the list of unblocked badges and the date and time of unblocking.
When exporting from this module, you will only have one column containing the number of badges unlocked per user.
From the gamification module
Success
From your Gamification module, you'll find a number of tabs, including one for editing badges called Success.
In this tab, you'll find a list of participants who have unlocked each badge. Click on X unblocked.
A pop-up window appears, listing all users who have unlocked the selected badge.
Here you can remove a user's unlocked badge, if required, by clicking on the trash can icon on the user's line.
The Download button in the top right-hand corner lets you export the list of participants who have unblocked each badge.
Export from Success
This export will generate a .zip file containing :
- An excel of all users who have unlocked each badge, all categories combined
- An excel by category of all users who have unlocked each badge
The second tab in your Gamification module is Stats.
In this tab, you'll find the general statistics for your gamification and a list of the latest badges unlocked.
Here, too, you can remove a badge unlock from a user, if required, by clicking on the trash can icon on the user's line.
Leaderboard
The third tab in your Gamification module is Leaderboard.
Here you'll find your overall gamification ranking and associated scores.
If you have teams, you'll also find a tab for each team's ranking and associated scores.
The Download button in the top right-hand corner lets you export your current ranking in Excel format.
