Form - Texts

The text tab lets you customize the various messages that will appear when the participant submits the form.

General

The domain name

You can link your form to your event's domain name to remain white-labeled.

To do this, copy/paste the url of your domain and the slug of the registration page if your form is integrated into a platform or mini-site.

Example
- The domain name of your event is https://appcraft.events
- The slug for your registration page is /inscription
- Insert appcraft.events/inscription in the dedicated insert

Of course, your project manager is always available to help you set up your domain name.

Registration summary

At the end of your form, before the participant validates it, you can display a summary of the information entered.
Check this box to activate it.

Attention

Participants must validate their form after the summary is displayed for the information entered to be taken into account.

Registration validation texts

Message displayed during registration validation

Here you can customize the text that will appear on the participant's screen once they have validated their form, certifying that they will be taking part in the event.
Message displayed if invitation is declined

Here you can customize the text that will appear on the participant's screen once they have validated their form, confirming that they will not be attending the event.

Registration update button message

If the participant has the option of modifying their information once they have validated their form, a button appears below the registration validation/refusal messages.
You can customize the text on the button here :

If you don't want the participant to be able to update their information, you'll need to delete the text in the insert.

Double registration texts

These text customizations are applicable to open forms.

If a participant fills in 2 forms with two different e-mail addresses, we will not be able to detect the double registration.

Message displayed if user is already registered

If a participant has already validated his form once, and then comes back to fill it in again, a message will be displayed when he validates his form.
This insert allows you to personalize this text.Button message displayed if user is already registered

Confirmation pop-up before registration validation

You can display a validation pop-up to participants when they validate their form, so that they can be sure of the information they have entered before validation.

Tip

This feature is particularly useful when the participant cannot return to modify the form after validation.

You can customize the text displayed in the pop-up here :

If you don't insert any text in this insert, the feature is not activated.
Once you have inserted your text, it will be activated.
