Form - Mail/SMS

You'll need to create your e-mail templates first. The tutorial is available here.

Connecting transactional e-mails works via drop-down menus.
Depending on your needs, you can connect different mails.

The different e-mails

Confirmation e-mail

This e-mail allows participants to receive a registration confirmation e-mail. This means that they have answered "I'm participating" to the form, or, if you don't have a notion of participation, that they have validated their form.
Select from your e-mail templates the one that corresponds to the registration confirmation e-mail.

Update mail

This e-mail concerns participants who, after having validated their form once, have the possibility of going back over the information they have entered.
The update e-mail may be the same as the registration confirmation e-mail, or it may be different. You can therefore link a dedicated e-mail for this action.

Refusal e-mail

If your form has a YES/NO participation option, you can link an e-mail to confirm participation refusal.
You can also specify that in the event of participation refusal, you do not want the participant to receive an e-mail.

Moderation mail

If you have chosen to moderate your participants, i.e. you wish to have a right of validation or refusal over the person who has submitted the form, you can link a dedicated e-mail.
When the form is submitted, the participant will receive the moderation e-mail.
Once you've validated the participant, he or she will receive a confirmation e-mail.
If you reject the participant, he or she will then receive the rejection e-mail.

Confirmation SMS

It is also possible to send a registration confirmation SMS instead of an e-mail.
This is useful if the e-mail address is not required, but the telephone number is.

To be able to connect a confirmation sms, your project manager must have activated the sms module.
