To access data integration, simply click on the “Data” module in the “Event data” category:
To add new data, click on the “+” :
You can then fill in the project information. If you want the project to be visible to the participant, don't forget to click on “Publish” in the top left-hand corner of the pop-up window:
- Publish: When enabled, the project is published for users.
- Project number: This number defines the display order on the project page.
- Project name: This is the displayed name of the project.
- Company name: This is the name of the company behind the project.
- Category: Allows you to define a category for the project
- Company logo: Displays the logo of the company behind the project
- Short description: Provides a short description that summarizes the project in 1 sentence.
- Description: Provides a full description of the project in question.
You can also import your data from the three points by clicking on “Import via Excel file” :
The translation button allows you to translate your project information if your platform is in several languages:
The “Voting Dashboard” tab gives you access to the various votes cast by participants, sorted by category (which you have previously entered). Votes are displayed both as percentages and as actual votes:
