      Here are a few technical recommendations for using videos:

      • Use the mp4 format, with the H264 video codec and the AAC audio codec.
      • It is advisable to limit the bit rate to 5 Mbps to ensure good broadcast quality.
      • Make sure that the file size does not exceed 100 MB.
      • For iOS devices, the recommended resolution is 1280x720, although 1920x1080 is an acceptable maximum, but not recommended.
      • For faster video start-up, consider including the -movflags +faststart option if possible.
      • For videos longer than a few minutes, it's best to use a dedicated video service such as Vimeo or YouTube to ensure optimum performance.
