Add your floor plan and place your exhibitor stands on it
The Mapsmodule enables you to provide participants with an interactive map of your event on your digital solution.
More precisely, this module allows you to position your exhibitors' locations on the map of your show.

Integrate and customize your plan

You can integrate the image of your plan from the insert at the top left of the module.
It will then appear on the right-hand side of your screen for editing.
We recommend using a .svg file format to ensure maximum quality for your participants' digital solution.
If you'd like to replace your plan after you've integrated all your markers, that's no problem at all.
The new image will be positioned in place of the old one, without moving your markers.
Marker icon
The marker picto is the icon you'll use to represent your exhibitor's stand on your floor plan. This picto is unique to all exhibitors.
You can integrate your picto in the bottom left-hand insert.
If you don't have a picto to integrate, we use a blue location picto by default.
Edit your map
Placing points on the plan
To create points, use the picto marker on the right of the plan.
Click on it, then click where you wish to position it.
Once your point has been positioned, a pop-up window opens:
- Stand number: Enter the name/number of your stand. This information will appear on the floor plan for your participants.
- Exhibitors: From the drop-down menu, select the exhibitor you wish to associate with this stand.
Modify points on the plan
To modify points that have already been positioned, click on the editing pen icon, move the required markers and click on save.
Deleting points on the plan
To delete points, click on the trash icon, click on the markers you wish to delete, then click on save.
By clicking on the trash icon, you'll also find a Clear All option if you wish to delete all your markers at once.
Stand
The stand tab lists all the stands you have created.
You can change the names of your stands from this tab.
