General presentation
The ‘participant’ module gives you access to the participant management screen.
Attention
One participant = one e-mail address.
In the top left-hand corner, you will find the total number of people in your database.
- Bin: Delete the participant
- Padlock: Change password
- Character: ‘Connect as’ the participant. This feature allows you to see the platform as if you were that participant.
Attention
Any action carried out using the participant's profile on the platform will be taken into account.
4. Pendulum: Consult the history of actions relating to this participant
5. Card: Access the participant file
Acces to the participant file
You can get a specific overview of each participant by clicking on the icon above.
- Personal information: data can be modified directly in each field
- Files: View or upload photos, travel tickets, etc.
- History: all changes made to the participant's profile
- Activities: their gamification, social wall, Q&A and interactive activities
- Programme: Their personal programme, including compulsory workshops, workshops they have registered for and meetings with your exhibitors.
Finally, you can find their personal QR code in the top right-hand corner of the participant's file.
Changing passwords
You can change a password individually using the button above, or change several passwords by selecting your participants and clicking at the top left.
A pop-up window appears to edit the password.
There are several solutions:
- Choose the CDM to be allocated, with or without the option of asking the participant to change it on the first connection.
- Generate a CDM at random: simple or complex CDM. You can send it directly by email, or make it visible for copy/paste.
Attention
We draw your attention to the fact that assigning the same password to several people is not secure and is contrary to the best practices of the RGPD.
Database export
This button allows you to download a file in Excel format with all the participant's details as shown on this page.
When you click on the download button, you can customise the columns you want exported by checking/unchecking them.
