Plateforme/PWA - Général

Create the pages for your mobile platform/solution

To access page configuration, simply click on the Pages module in the Platform category.

You'll see a similar page displayed with all the pages on your platform. Two types of page are available:

  • CMS pages, which are simple, block-based content pages
  • pages linked to the platform's modules: speakers, workshops, notifications... These require content to be integrated into the relevant modules before the page can be created.

Add a page

To add a new page, click on "Add" and fill in the parameters:

  • Type: CMS for classic content pages. Other pages are specific pages that feed their content via backoffice modules (workshops, speakers, notifications, exhibitors, etc.).

  • Title: the title of the page visible to users and in the back office
  • Publication status: published or unpublished
  • Path: must begin with / and the name of your page. This is the slug at the end of the URL (e.g. nomdusite.com/infos-pratiques). This name must not contain accents, special characters or capital letters.
To modify your pages, simply click on the page you wish to modify.
Here are the options available on your page:
  • Page content: this is where you edit the content of your page. This is where you can integrate content and organize blocks.

  • Design: here you can create a more advanced layout by integrating CSS.
    • You can add a background. Note that the background will only be applied to your page and not to the rest of the platform.
    • You can add a background color that will be taken into account if your page does not contain a background image.

CSS

If CSS is required, please contact your project manager
Don't delete what's there!

  • Other options: this tab lets you add a header and/or footer, as well as close the page. If you activate "Close page", the page will still be visible, but the content will not be accessible. You can add text blocks, images... just like on the open page, so that it's not empty.
This allows you to display different content at the beginning or end of the event.

- Page preview: this section lets you preview your page. The preview is only available for classic CMS content pages.

Preview
Some pages are not visible in the preview: notifications, profile...
In these cases, this message will be displayed in the preview of your page.

You will then need to go to the platform overview (accessible via the menu on the left) and log in as a participant in order to view this page correctly.

  • Page title: here you can modify the title of your page, which will be visible in the backoffice, and by your users on the platform, when they are on the tab in their browser.

  • Publication state: here you can choose whether or not to publish your page. If it's under construction, you can set its status to "Unpublished", so that it won't be visible to users
An unpublished page will no longer appear in the menu, or any other button redirecting users to the page (mobile home, CTA...).

  • Visible by: this option allows you to condition the display of your page. If you wish to display the page only to a specific user category, you will need to set the appropriate condition
The page condition also conditions the tab in the menu, or any other button redirecting to the page
The condition system is the same throughout the backoffice (mail, form, checkin notification...).

  • Metadata: the Metadata button lets you add metadata to your page. Metadata is useful if your site is accessible to all and referenced by search engines. Metadata enables you to move your site up in search results.

  • Save: this is where you save your changes. If the button is transparent, you've already saved your changes; if it's green, you can save your latest modifications.

  • History: the history button lets you find all the modifications made to the page, and see who made them / when.

History

Don't hesitate to get in touch with your project manager if the background doesn't seem clear to you. He or she will be able to analyze it and give you an answer.
