At Appcraft, there are two types of feedback:
- Live feedback (integrated into the program)
- Standard feedback (added as an interactive element on the platform)
Live feedback is used to collect responses immediately after a workshop (hence “live”). Typically, feedback is either sent by email or integrated directly into the platform.
Interactive Feedback Mode
Saving is not automatic. Make sure to save your work regularly (via the "Save" tab at the top right of your back-office screen) to avoid losing any progress.
Feedback is accessible from the Back Office under “Interaction”.
You will then access the page dedicated to creating and editing Feedback. From this interface, you can design new feedback, modify an existing one, duplicate it, delete it, and finally, download the associated results.
The Feedback preview page provides an overview of your questionnaire, with the option to view it on both mobile and desktop. Additionally, you can access a participant’s profile to review their personalized questionnaire.
The Feedback editing page (called “Form”) allows you to add as many questions as needed to your questionnaire and provides a real-time preview on the right-hand side.

Edit the Thank You Message after Participant’s Response
Once you have completed your feedback form and want to display a specific message to your participant, simply click on the Feedback tab, then the Texts sub-tab.
Feedback can be embedded in an email or on the platform.
Embedding Feedback in an Email
To embed feedback in an email, you need to go to the email template editor, then select the relevant email template or create a new one (see email training).
Once the button is added, click on the gear icon to insert the link to the satisfaction questionnaire.
You will then need to select the satisfaction questionnaire you created under the “URL” field.
Anonymous or not?
By default, the URL embedded in the button includes the participant’s information. If you want the satisfaction questionnaire to be anonymous, you need to check the option in the feedback editing. The questionnaire will then be anonymous. There is no need to manually modify the link embedded in the email button.
Embedding Feedback in the Platform
To embed feedback on the platform, you will need to insert the "Iframe" block:
Once the block is inserted, there is no need to type the URL. You can directly search for the Feedback under “Iframe Type.” The URL will be automatically integrated.
If you have created multiple feedbacks, you can select the one you want to embed using the “Feedback” dropdown menu:
Immediate Feedback
Immediate feedback is automatically sent to the participant after a workshop session.
To create immediate feedback, simply build your satisfaction questionnaire and then embed the link in the workshops.
To do this, you will need to copy the link to your feedback:
Then go to Workshops, then Sessions, and embed the feedback in the session where you want to send the satisfaction questionnaire:
User Information
In "Immediate Feedback" mode, participant information is not automatically included. The questionnaire will therefore be anonymous by default. If you want it not to be anonymous, you must add the following element at the end of the URL: ?k={privateKey}
Tip :
If you have the same immediate feedback used multiple times, you can create just one and add {workshop.title}
to the name of your feedback so that it automatically displays the session title.
Statistics
The statistics for the satisfaction questionnaire are accessible from the back office by clicking on Responses.
You can then access the detailed statistics:
-
Provides the overall statistics of participants.
-
Shows the answers given by each participant. If the feedback is not anonymous, you will know who answered what.
-
Allows you to print the responses.
-
Allows you to download the responses.
